My Shih Tzu known as Nicky is quite a curious little animal when he can't sleep. When I'm working in the bed, my laptop in front of me, I can usually see him making his way into the den because he simply cannot rest. I don't think that the problems are limited to just with his small dog bed, either. Rather, with my parents and their new bed, it seems as though the costs of mattress delivery were not in their favor after Nicky was done with it.
Mattress authorities, Sleepy's included, are going to undoubtedly present a high level of work. When taking into account merchandise and mattress delivery to homes, is there any wonder why people invest in these items? The rates are inexpensive, to put mildly, which means that you're going to be able to sustain yourself financially much better. My parents loves receiving this new bed since beforehand they were in pain each morning and throughout the days. It was when Nicky's sleeping patterns became irregular that matters became troubling.
Nicky started to show some signs of aggression and I don't think I've ever seen a dog tear up his little bed so fast. It seemed like he was using it more so as a toy but he clearly did not realize just how strong he was and, as a result, we've gone through more than a few of them. Nicky would wind up sleeping with my parents during most nights since the little guy became conditioned to do so. Of course, being a Shih Tzu, one had to expect the level of energy he would have even when we couldn't muster it.
Let's say that you have siblings, if you don't: imagine that you're vacationing with the family. You take a stop at a hotel and you're forced to share a bed with the sibling who cannot stop moving around next to you. It keeps you up at night and Nicky's actions seemed to have the same effect on my parents. It was a difficult time as he was growing up and while he had grown and became calmer in due time, the truth is that he certainly didn't make matters easy.
If you're a pet owner, then I think it goes without saying that you've encountered a number of problems, ones involving sleeping or otherwise. On the whole, though, I'd be wrong if I said I wanted to trade my Shih Tzu away. Nicky's been an integral part of the family for a good number of years and I loved seeing him grow up from an overexcited puppy. He became calmer and those overexcited days were greatly responsible for the sleeping issues early on.
