Frying Foods with Organic Olive Oil

By Rob Sutter

I think, as Americans, we all enjoy fried food. Regardless of how bad it can be for us in large doses, we simply enjoy the element of taste and it's something that many of us can't live without. However, I feel like frying with organic olive oil sounds like a good alternative. Now, for those who constantly cook, I'm sure that this kind of claim sounds impossible but it seems like this type of oil may just be one of the more healthful alternatives if utilized correctly.

Foods that are fried are made that way because of commonly utilized oils such as canola. It's something that's proven itself over the course of time but how many people realize how terrible it can be? It's one of those choices that make me wonder why take it on when there are clearly better choices to make. Oil can come in healthful forms as well and the most healthful one, in my mind, is the one created when olives are grinded down into a liquid form.

If you're not going to fry your food to tremendous degrees, it may be in your best interest to look into organic olive oil as a cooking supplement. It's a good type of oil to be used and it works especially well since you shouldn't cook above its heat point. While it's easy for one to recommend extra virgin due to the supposed lower number of bad fats, I believe that anyone can work just as well when creating healthful, tasty meals. These kinds of oils are ones that companies such as Bellucci Premium can provide.

Don't you think that foods such as fried chicken would be better if olive oil was used? I know that some people are flabbergasted by the notion of a healthy oil be used, for fried food no less, but be certain that it is a safer alternative. You're also able to retain the antioxidants and good fats for the body thanks to these foods. If you manage to cook with the temperature of the olive oil in mind, then it's clear that you're going to benefit.

My mother decided to take on the act of cooking with this oil and it wasn't long until we started to see how satisfying they were. Yes, there was a change to be had but I believed that it was one that helped to make the diet all the more healthful. If you want to take on this change in oil, be certain that you're not going to sacrifice much. You're easily going to gain more than you lose, if anything at all, which is something that should bring potential consumers forward.
