Roku Streaming Player

By Joshua Zamora

Hi and thanks for taking the time to read this text on the Roku Streaming player. In this post I plan on sharing some of the features and benefits of owning a roku and how it can turn your lounge into an entertainment room.

I purchased my Roku around a year and a half back and I have to tell you I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Not only is it a total entertainment box BUT it has saved me thousands of greenbacks on movie rentals, movie theatre tickets, motion picture theatre nibbles etc. Everyone knows how costly it can be nowadays to simply go watch a film on the big screen.

First off it is important for you to grasp what roku basically is. Well the short answer is it is a comprehensive streaming player that enables you to watch flicks, Television shows, sports, listen to music and plenty of other things from suppliers like Hulu Plus, Netflix, Pandora and UFC simply to name a couple. There are A Large amount of roku channels available for your likes and wishes.

You don't need any extra PCs or difficult set up to get Roku running. You simply connect the VGA cords to your TELEVISION, plug in the power cord for Roku, connect Roku through wireless net and you are ready to go.

You also have the choice to attach right to the ethernet port.

Each Roku also comes equipt with a RC, power adapter, one year guarantee, instruction book, two AA batteries and A/V cable to get it going.

There are 3 models of roku you can buy starting from $59.99-$99.99 and depending on which model you purchase is the features you have access to. I'll be following up this essay with the major differences between the 3.

So if you are the sort of person that loves to stay in on a Friday night after a long days work and just relax I would higly advise you buy Roku and turn your living space into a complete entertainment room.

Thank you for reading my article and I'm hoping it helped you better understand what Roku is.
