Tuscan Olive Oil & the Recipes Used

By Rob Sutter

If you look at the name of Tuscan olive oil, you'll have a good idea of where it comes from, I am certain. It is made from pure Tuscan olives, which are plucked from the area when they are ripe. Frantoio olives, amongst others, are used in order to give this oil the purest taste that you could very well imagine. Knowing this, I'm sure you'd think that there are plenty of recipes in which they are implemented but what are the specific types to speak of?

I have to say that the recipes I enjoy the most are those which are simpler, which is where I see Tuscan-style chicken coming into play. Ingredients like garlic and black pepper are not as complicated to understand yet when used in conjunction with others, it seems to leave quite an impression. Some may regard this as a recipe that isn't quite as complicated but in my mind, there shouldn't be many one has to wrap their mind around to where interest wanes.

For those who want something simpler - and meat free - when utilizing Tuscan olive oil, you may be in luck. People have been able to make sure of simpler recipes, like during a barbecue I went to some time ago. There was a zucchini dish making use of not only the olive oil but a type of cheese which I don't remember the type of at this time. Nonetheless, it was a surprisingly tasty appetizer and one that showed the creativity behind companies such as Bellucci Premium.

Thanks to the implantation of Tuscany olives, it's hard to dispute just how authentic this sort of oil can be. In addition, the incentives there are in terms of health are countless. Thanks to how healthy it has proven itself to be, some people may not think that there's a limit. However, it's probably best to mind them since I'm not sure how many people will be able to stand to consume too much of it, as good as it has proven to be in the past.

I remember going to Newport for vacation and heading to a small village where several small shops were placed. Amongst them as a shop where different oils could be sampled and amongst them were - you guessed it - Tuscan olive oil. I can tell you, first hand, just how good it is to consume on its own, so you can imagine how well it would work with recipes. I hope that people understand the benefits because there are simply too many to discredit this.
