Foundation Factors For Effective Designs

- Information Collection: The very first step of the process is to gather as much information as we can, about the idea or message the client wants to communicate. This may require a series of interactive sessions with our client. We generally ready ourselves with a number of questions like - the purpose of the task; the target audience; the kind of impact the project should create etc. These questions give us an insight on what is there in client's mind, as both the client and the service provider must be on the same page.

Though it can be called as a traditional mode of advertisement, but till today brochure plays an important role in promotion. Well for obvious reasons. First it is very cost effective. Secondly by distributing brochures it becomes relatively easy to make first contact with people and reach out to a large population.

- Tapping our potential: Now comes the time for us to put on our creative hats and bring out the innovation to generate ideas for the project. It involves a detailed research on market trends, competitor's analysis, client's other favorite designs so as to figure out what would suit or match client's taste. We conduct brainstorming sessions within the team to understand everyone's individual interpretation of the idea.

With the advent of graphic designing, we have become so much used to seeing images all around us that now it is difficult to imagine even brochures without any image. It is surely going to be very boring and will definitely defeat the purpose.

- Research: The designs created by us are the outcome of the detailed research that our designers conduct before starting working on the project. We just do not design what comes to our mind. First we do detailing with our client to understand his needs and views. Then we do our own brainstorming sessions to understand different perspectives or expressions for one particular idea. We even try to figure out how competitors in the same industry have been conveying their messages. After all this pre-work, our designers come up with the best possible version.

- Scope of Feedback: We value our client's feedback and always allow room for it. The client's feedback is very well acceptedand incorporated in our designs.
