In "Spider-Man 2," a simple pizza delivery gig did not pan out well for him. He delivered pizza in the skies while in the suit, which did not mesh well with the job he had. While Parker is dedicated to being a hero, there is no question that he would have to refine his tactics so that he doesn't wind up losing another job.
I think that there's a good amount of incentives, along with a few risks, that come with the possibility of Spider-Man delivering bedding to people. He's young and therefore might lack the discipline needed in order to deliver mattresses to customers. However, he's naturally gifted in the way of physicality. If he can somehow omit the flaw so that it's never a problem when working, I don't think that there would be anything stopping Parker in making a profit here.
