Another customer?s son went in to have the winter tires replaced with summer tires. He was told by a manager that 4 new tires were needed. As it happens the boy?s father had inspected and changed the boys tire before he left home.

They had tried fooling the boy into buying four unneeded new tires.

One man went in to get new tires for his wife?s Lexus He was talked into getting Toyota tires. Guaranteed for 75,000 miles, he was told. He paid $730 for them. The customer requested that the best old tire be put on the spare. They did not do it, as he checked before he left. It took an additional 30 minutes to do that. As the tires were not balanced, something he discovered later, he had to go back in. This time, they told him he had two bent rims. After about 115 days a ball sized lump developed in the side of one tire. As he had been assured of the warranty he took the tire back in. The people there said it was caused by a pot hole. As he didn?t pay a fee of $14.00 and the tire was on discount, the warranty was invalid so he was told.

Town Fair Tires gave one customer great deals on his tires. The customer needed to go back three times as the tires were not balanced correctly The car still shakes at 55 miles an hour, the man says.

Town Fair Tires was a place one customer went for his truck?s winter tires After he got his truck back, he noticed that the area where the weights had been was damaged. He took pictures of the area and showed them to the manager. He showed to the manager the photos he?d taken. He was told by the manager the work would be done for free. Later, the manager called back and told him the regional manager refused to pay for the refinishing.

This company has many customers with similar problems. Anyone wanting tires from them should think twice.
