To avoid misunderstandings, prices should be agreed before any expedition commences. The traveler should ask for a contract or a waiver to sign. Every agreement on deposits and other fees should be documented in writing especially in cases where money is refundable.

Travelers have a say on whether the companies will get clients in future because when used well they can be a marketing tool for the firm; by putting in a good word for the company to the friends and relatives. A good deed deserves another, tips for good services rendered on the duration of any Mongolian tours are essential in creating friendships, travelers may be surprised by how well they are treated if they return to the same place in future.
